NiyukJobs turns Claude into your personal job-search copilot. Upload a résumé and it surfaces the 15 best-matching active roles from the NiyukJobs India hiring board, each with a direct apply link. You can also search openings by keyword, city, skill, experience, work mode, job type, and salary; pull full job details; discover in-demand skills and hiring hotspots; and see live job-market stats. Built on the Model Context Protocol — no account, no API key, no setup beyond adding the URL below.

Connect in Claude

Available on any Claude plan that supports custom connectors (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise).

Open claude.ai → Settings → Connectors.
Click Add custom connector.
Name it NiyukJobs and paste the server URL:

Click Add. Claude auto-discovers the tools at the /mcp endpoint.

Available tools

Tool	What it does
`match_jobs_from_resume`	Returns the top 15 jobs matched to an uploaded résumé, ranked by skills, title, experience, and location.
`search_jobs`	Filters active jobs by keyword, location, skills, experience range, work mode, job type, and salary range.
`get_job_details`	Full details for a single job — description, skills, company, salary band, and apply link.
`list_locations`	Cities with active openings, ranked by job count. Optional keyword filter.
`list_skills`	Skills in demand across active job postings, ranked by how many jobs require them.
`get_job_stats`	Market summary — total active jobs, work-mode breakdown, top cities, top skills.

Privacy

Résumé content you send via match_jobs_from_resume is used only in-memory to compute matches and is not persisted against your Claude identity on the MCP connector's side. The connector itself is read-only from Claude's perspective — it does not apply to jobs, send messages, or modify data on your behalf.

Limitations

Job data covers the Indian market. Searches for roles outside India will return limited or no results.
Only active openings are returned; archived or closed jobs are excluded.
Salary filters assume the job's listed currency — no cross-currency conversion is performed.

Troubleshooting

Claude doesn't see any tools after connecting.
Refresh the chat. Tools load on the first prompt after the connector is enabled. If the issue persists, remove and re-add the connector.

Empty search results.
Try broadening filters — drop salary bounds, widen experience range, or remove the location filter. get_job_stats shows which cities and skills currently have coverage.

"Unexpected error" from the server.
Check the health endpoint: https://mcp.niyukjobs.ai/health. If it reports ok, retry the request; if not, email support below.
